2 ounces dices of Corvina

2 ounces dices of salmon

1.5 ounces of imitation shrimps

1.5 ounces of imitation scallops

6 ounces of linguini

3 ounces of cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)

0.1 ounces of chopped garlic

0.1 ounces of chopped parsley

0.4 ounces of butter

0.4 ounces of white wine

Pinch of salt and pepper

1. Place a pot with water over high heat until it boils. With the already hot water, place a tablespoon of salt, add the pasta, and leave them in boiling water for about 7 and 8 minutes.

1. Meanwhile, place a skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, place butter and garlic. Simmer it. When the garlic begins to radiate scent, add the dice of shelf and seafood. Add salt and pepper.
